High Quality Design >> Protecting Long Term Value
Care has been taken in design to ensure SilverWoods is a high quality development. The result will be a lasting community that enhances and preserves the long term value of the properties within it.

Large Treed Lots
Lots in SilverWoods are designed to a minimum size of 14,000 square feet (1/3 acre), which is roughly 3x the size of a standard city lot. Most lots are fully treed with mixed stands of Aspen, Spruce, Poplar and Birch. Lot owners are encouraged through Building Guidelines to develop their properties in a way that preserves the natural character and seclusion of SilverWoods.

Roadways
Roadways in Silverwoods are asphalt paved with concrete curbs. This allows for planted roadside boulevards instead of ditches and culverts and enhances the overall appearance and feel of the community.

Underground Services
Electricity and natural gas services are installed underground, improving the appearance of the community.

Municipal Reserve and Walking Trails
19 acres along the north and east boundaries of the SilverWoods community are dedicated as a public reserve and will include walking trails with lake views and a wetland habitat.

Water
Water supply is the choice of individual Lot Owners. Wells or cisterns are permitted. Independent studies confirm ample ground water.

Ready for Regional Sewer
SilverWoods is pre-plumbed with a sewer collection line and connection points at each Lot, allowing residents to easily and affordably connect to the County's regional sewer system when it is completed.
